A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. A $150 drain-and-refill fee will be charged if the hot tub is left excessively dirty and cannot be restored through routine servicing after your departure.
🌱Lawn Care, Snow Removal, & Pest Control: To help keep the property well maintained, lawn care, pest control, snow removal, or other routine exterior maintenance may be performed during your stay. Service technicians may briefly access the exterior of the property as needed. We appreciate your understanding as these services help keep the property safe, clean, and enjoyable.
