This stunning built 7,700 sqft. modern estate in Los Angeles located in a very high end and secure area within the city of Sherman Oaks. Featuring 7 spacious bedrooms ( 6 bedrooms +1 office converted to a bedroom) and 6.5 bathrooms, the home boasts sleek contemporary design and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The open-concept layout includes a state-of-the-art double vanity kitchen and elegant living spaces, perfect for both everyday living and entertaining. The beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with a large patio & rooftop.
One of the rooms is located in the guest house/adu. If you are traveling with help such as nannies/security/chef, this room would be great for them. It also has its own kitchen. All of the house is available besides the IT room.
Please note that any events or film production would require a permission in advance along with additional cost.
A Refundable security deposit is required as well. Average fee per booking is $2,500-$5,000. Price will depend on the history of your account and ratings from past rentals.
If you wish to use the pool and spa, the heating cost is $300 per day for the pool and spa and $100 per day for the spa alone.
There are outdoor cameras and one indoor camera by the kitchen recording for your protection only, no other cameras.
Upon arrival, one of our agents will meet you at the property to properly check you in, show you around the house including its amentias and features and sign you on a check-in document showing that you have received full access to the property.
To avoid any potential damage to your vehicle, please ensure it is not parked in the driveway where the gate closes. Thank you for your cooperation!

It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the pool being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 13 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.

- No use of pool area and rooftop past 10pm
- Pool sliding doors must be kept closed after 10pm
- Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before arrival - $250 per pet
- Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok by the firepit)- $250 fine for smoking indoors
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- $200 charge per duvet cover for any stained/ruined duvet cover
- $100 charge per sheet for any stained/ruined sheet
- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. There are noise monitoring devices and cameras. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
