* Surveillance: there is a camera facing the driveway, for security. None inside. NoiseAware sensors may be installed inside and on deck to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible) to help remind guests who may be reaching local noise limits after the 10pm quiet period. We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 15-20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. Guests agree to comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
