Located in a quiet development just on the western edge of Dayton, you'll have plenty of privacy an acres between neighboring homes and incredible views from every window and door.
The paved US Hwy 14 drops you at the graveled entrance to the subdivision. The maintained gravel road travels half a mile up to the house from the pavement.
Two dogs maximum. Dog and human family members are welcome with declaration and an additional guest fee for each. Pets are charged per pet/per day or per pet/per stay, depending on circumstances and property management discretion.
