Summary: Excellent area. Clean room. Friendly staff. Door key didn't work. I retorned to front desk, who reconfigured it, but returning to room, it didn't work at all. It was frustrating because it was -5°C and I was hauling grocery bags, back pack and luggage. The staff came and had hard time to open the door. Also there were people smoking on the hotel premises.
