Summary: Many negatives for this stay: 1) Two floors, no elevator 2)Wi-Fi not working 3) Checkin/out located in diner next door (no staff in the hotel overnight) 4)Parking lot full (almost no-one staying at the hotel) 5) I was double charged for the night (took four phone calls to get credited) 6) No grab bars in shower The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
