Positive: I’ve just wrapped up my second summer staying at this hostel, and it’s absolutely my favorite place in Mongolia. The bathrooms are really clean and separate for male and female guests, and there’s a fantastic balcony where you can relax, have a smoke, and enjoy the sunny views over Ulaanbaatar. It’s super affordable and has a wonderful international vibe—I met friends from Malaysia, South Korea, Europe, and the US, which made it even more fun. They also helped me arrange a driver for visiting the Genghis Khan statue, Terelj National Park, and a monastery—so countryside trips are a breeze. And the location is unbeatable. It’s close to the shuttle bus station to the airport, and everything you need—bars, nightclubs, nice restaurants—is within a 5-10 minute walk. Honestly, I can’t recommend it enough!”
