Plan to have loads of fun in this spacious home! The house is newly built in a very friendly neighborhood in the Chubbuck area. You have access to the entire property.With 5 bedrooms, two living rooms, and a large kitchen, your family or friends will have all the space they need.
Upstairs we have a large, open-concept living space.There are large window that let in great natural light into the kitchen/dining area, and living room. There are also 3 bedrooms (including the master) and two bathrooms. Access to the garage is on the main floor. This is where you'll find a ping pong table and paddles for some competitive fun!
Not only that, but the basement is stocked withair hockey and foosball! There is also a living space with a large TV, 2 bedrooms, and one bathroom.
If this isn't enough, we are only 10 minutes from the Portneuf Wellness Complex, 13 minutes from ISU, 20 minutes to the American Falls Reservoir,25 minutes from Pebble Creek Ski area, and40 minutes from Lava Hot Springs.
I live about 15 minutes away. Car is the best mode of transportation in the area, but there are sidewalks and parks nearby you can walk to. Grocery stores and gas stations are within a 5 minute drive.
