Walk out the front door for access to hiking and mountain biking trails. After returning home from work or a hike in the surrounding area relax on the back patio gazing upon the Sandia Mountains and watch the tram pass by!
There are roadrunners, deer, quail, lizards, birds and bunnies all around - sometimes you can even see a bobcat or coyote passing by.
The space
3,000 sq ft of space includes 3 living areas, casual Mountain View seating area, entertainment area with pass through fireplace, and den with tv and games.
Outside spaces include a dining area, and two relaxation areas facing the mountains, and one under some shady trees by the koi pond.
For those who like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked including lots of quality small appliances from blender, to soda stream, to rice maker and more. The knives are sharp and the pans are high quality. Lots of spices and oil are also included.
Master bedroom has a gas fireplace and en suite bathroom (tub only, no shower) and two walk-in closets. Access two patios from the master bedroom- one leads to the seating area by the koi pond, the other is fully enclosed with a pet door for your dog or cat to access some fresh air.
The other two bedrooms have ample closet space and share a full bathroom with tub and shower.

Nestled in nature, cacti, bobcat, deer, and other critters abound.
Aerial rig in the back is available for experienced aerialists with their own apparatus, at your own risk and after confirming with me.
