Luxury villa retreat perfect for family getaways, golf vacations, and warm weather retreats. The villa is decorated in modern, desert decor with plenty of areas for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful golf course vistas from both levels including the heated pool! The massive chef's kitchen is perfect for preparing meals or allowing us to organize a private chef to prepare a fabulous feast for you. Each of the four bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with hotel-quality linens and mattresses.
The villa is well suited for extended families and golfing groups. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two queen beds and the other two bedrooms are equipped with King beds. The upstairs main area contains the master suite plus kitchen, living and dining areas. Downstairs has the game room with pool table and 55" 4K TV plus sectional -- along with the three other bedrooms.
This level leads straight out to a massive heated pool that is perfect for swimming laps or just lounging at your swim up dining table for 8!
Multiple levels of living and entertaining areas ensures everyone in your group can find a place to chill and relax! This villa is the epitome of desert indoor/outdoor living!

The neighborhood is a quiet, upscale community built around the Legend at Arrowhead Golf Club. It offers great access to nearby restaurants, golfing, hiking and outdoor activities. North Scottsdale shopping and dining attractions are a 20 minute drive and the Westgate Sports Complex is only 15 minutes away as well.
The neighborhood is well situated to the 101 freeway which allows for rapid access to most of the Valley attractions in 15-20 minutes. We recommend renting a car for maximum flexibility, but Uber and Lyft are also very convenient options as well.
* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 9p - 7a each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise.
* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.
* For bookings on VRBO or direct channels, we are unable to include the pool heating fee in the rate you are quoted automatically. This is available as an additional charge at $250 per stay which can be charged separately to your card once you have confirmed your reservation.
* In addition, in place of a security deposit, we require all guests staying at the property to purchase a $99 property damage waiver which covers up to $10,000 in damage with a $0 deductible. This is a mandatory fee for all bookings via VRBO and direct channels.
* If you are entitled to a refund per the cancellation policy listed at the time of your reservation, we reserve the right to retain a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee will be calculated based on what has already been paid to date toward your reservation. In the event that you are only entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation amount, we will waive the 3% credit card fee when processing your refund.
