Summary: First room was not clean. Bathroom had Hair in sink and bath tub and floor and private hairs in toilet. Bathroom only had 2 body towels floor towel. No hand towels. One of the beds pillow had head imprint and covers pulled down a missing blanket between sheet and top cover of bed. Bedroom also had hair on floor. Took photos and showed to Attendant. Attendant at front did not seem concerned or apologetic. She said we were luck they had a room. We still have photos if needed. We asked if they were going to clean room and cleaning crew said they were full and were not able to. Asked for towels and they said they could if we game them towels in that needed to be replaced. Thin walls. We could hear neighbors talking and they were not yelling. 2nd room was fine. Attendant who check us out did apologize. Parking lot as excellent. We did not take our pet.
