Designed with consideration of our environment, the Studio has solar powered in floor radiant heat, passive cooling, and a live green roof outside the living room windows.
The YCC Studio vacation rental has a private entrance, and is the only unit on the upper level situated above the owners business/office. The Studio is on the upper level and does not have an associated outdoor area. Parking for one vehicle is provided in front of the studio entrance.

There is NO outdoor space associated with this rental nor area for grilling. Portable grills are prohibited in the parking space and inside the studio.
