This is a clean and spacious 3BR/2 full bath home with Jacuzzi and barbecue area, a private patio out front and a private, sunny furnished back yard surrounded by a lovely common. The living room has French doors that open up to the private backyard, AC and a fireplace. There's large private furnished back yard. Each bathroom has a skylight that opens and closes offering excellent lighting during the daytime and ventilation. This is a stand alone home on a double wide lot .
The Space:
This is a clean and spacious just remodeled 3BR/2 full bath home with Jacuzzi and barbecue area, a private patio out front and sunny furnished back yard. The living room has French doors that open up to the private backyard. There's a gate from the backyard to the shared Jacuzzi and barbecue area. Each bathroom has a skylight that opens and closes offering excellent lighting during the daytime and ventilation. This is a stand alone home on a double wide lot with two two bedrooms behind it. The living room and master bedroom have TV and we have high speed wireless internet.
Bedding:
1 king in master,
1 king in the 2nd bedroom,
1 queen in the third bedroom plus a single bed.
The living room has a leathercouch and a gas fireplace with AC/ heater/ dehumidifier. The dining area has a teak dining table with seating for 7.
AC- we have powerful, quite (AC split system) air conditioning in the living room which works so well it can cool the whole house down but you in never
need it with the wonderful afternoon ocean breeze. For the cooler months the AC unit functions as a heater and a dehumidifier and every room is heated and we have a wonderful gas fireplace in the living room.
Utilities:
For stays over 30 days the tenant is responsible to pay $122 for gas and water and the electric bill which averages $60 per month but can go higher depending how much you run the AC and heaters.
Bikes- we have a couple older beach cruisers and bike locks for you to use in the backyard and beach gear.
The Neighborhood:
We are a about a 5 minute bike ride to Main street, the world famous HB pier and the new and amazing open air ocean view mall called Pacific City which features 31 Acres of Oceanfront Dining, Shopping and Entertainment.
Amenities: Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer and Dryer (shared coin op), Gas Grill (BBQ), boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, can be found in the laundry room. Ask about our bikes.

This is Southern California and I can`t tell you how many days we have in winter that feel like summer, it just gets cold at night. Summer is summer and around 76-84 degrees during the day and now less than 68 degrees at night, great for sitting on the deck.
