Summary: Neighborhood is not confidence inspiring, this is a 1970's apartment remodeled. This place smelled like a way overly perfumed sofa making you wonder what they were trying to cover up. It hit your nose like a smack in the face upon opening the door. The microwave was melted and non functioning, NO pleasantries or supplies other than toilet paper and mismatched worn out towels from goodwill. Beds were reasonably comfortable with good pillows It was 31* outside and the heat would only work for an hour before shutting off and needing to cycle the thermostat. When contacting evolve (management host) they were responsive but we went 2 days without heat (it was down to 60* in apartment) and threatening to get a hotel, the hvac tech came out for a 3rd time and finally replaced an air filter that was nearly plugged. This after multiple phone calls to evolve (host) where they insisted all was working fine... It's cheap but at the end of the day only 25% cheaper than staying at the Hyatt which we will do next time... Good luck...
