Welcome to this very cozy and quite home located in a family friendly neighborhood called Riverview in Great Falls, MT. This home has had many updates including refinished hardwood flooring, new kitchen and bathroom, new windows, new tankless hot water heater, and central air! The front and back yard is completely fenced which is perfect for dogs and kids. The entire home has either porcelain tile or hardwood which also makes it very pet and kid friendly. The basement features an almost finished family room and laundry room. The family room has a beautiful rock wall and fire place. Since flooring and trim are still a work in progress the family room is set up with workout equipment. The home is fully furnished and sleep up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms and bathroom are located on the main floor. Laundry and family/workout room are in the basement. We love our cozy little home and we hope you will too.
