This spacious walk-out basement apartment is part of a rambler-style home and features its own completely private entrance with no shared indoor spaces or access to the upstairs. At over 1,700 square feet, the home feels bright and open, and with its ground-level entry and large windows, it doesn't feel like a typical basement apartment.
Step outside to enjoy the expansive backyard with lush grass, mature trees, a fire pit, picnic table, BBQ grill, and a relaxing porch swing. Guests also have access to a private sport court for pickleball and basketball. We provide basketballs and pickleball equipment, though avid pickleball players may prefer to bring their own paddles.
