This gorgeous 5-bedroom 3-bathroom property is located in the best part of Pacifica: Close enough to the coast to have ocean views from 2 large porches and many rooms, but far away enough to not suffer from the perma-fog that dims much of the immediate coastline. It sleeps 10 people and features 2 living rooms, a modern, large kitchen, a solid wood dining table for 10, a 2-car garage, a 55” 4K TV and many other features that make it a perfect base for any kind of stay.
The property is perfect for groups of up to 10 people and presents an ideal base for anything from a surf trip to a hiking vacation (hiking trail starts 300 feet away…) or a business trip in San Francisco (20mins away). The 5 bedrooms across 2 floors are complemented by 2 separate living areas (1 per floor), as well as 2 porches, both with ocean views. While connected with a staircase, the floors can even be accessed separately (2 entrance doors) to provide more privacy between two parties if required.
The upper floor features a large, modern kitchen with all the amenities needed to have a serious cookout. The center piece of the connected dining area is the massive wooden dining table, handmade in Indonesia, providing dining space for 10, making it an ideal location for family celebrations that include a meal. The porch is accessed through the dining area and offers seating as well as a BBQ to add even more variety to the dinner. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, one being the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the other across the hall with a bathroom in the hallway.
The lower floor features a large living area with a foosball table and a seating area with a couch and chair. The large 55” 4K HDR TV is connected to the internet and is ready for Netflix, Amazon Prime of any other tool you can think of. Next to the living area is an identical porch to the one upstairs, ideal to relax outside and take in the view after a long day. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, which share a bathroom in the hallway. Also, the laundry area is on this floor.
All rooms have central heating, fast Wifi is available in all areas (both 2.4 and 5GHZ). There is space for 2 cars in the garage, and a smaller third one fits in front of it. Furthermore, there is free street parking all along Higgins Way.
Guests have access to the entire property.

Pacifica is a beautiful small city just south of San Francisco, and a popular destination for people from all over the Bay Area. Linda Mar Beach, about 1.5 miles away, is the most popular beach in the area, with surfers in the water year round. The property is located in a quiet and sunny part of Pacifica, where many families live in the neighborhood. A great coffee shop and a pizza parlor are about a 10-minute walk down the street (corner of Adobe and Lindamar), and shopping is a 3-minute drive away.
You should have a car, since public transport is not the most convenient in Pacifica. Uber and Lyft are both available.
Most common destinations:
Daly City BART: 15 minutes
SFO: 20 minutes
Downtown SF: 25-30 minutes
There is a Montessori school right across the street. During weekdays, the kids can be heard from the kitchen. No bedroom faces that direction, so nothing can be heard there.
The driveway in front of the 2-car garage is very short. Please either park in the garage or use street parking. It’s important not to block the street.

- Pull down on the faucet in the upstairs shower to activate shower
- Pull the blinds down directly to lower them if a string isn't present
- Separate garbage and place in appropriate bin before departure
