Inside the residence: a 165 m² house in the Landes Girondines Regional Nature Park.
The first floor is a spacious open area, highlighted by high French-style ceilings—a reminder of its past as a home for resin harvesters—and features an open-concept kitchen (fully equipped with a dishwasher, pyrolytic oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer), a dining room, a living room (with a large fireplace and double-sided insert, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a telephone), and a room exclusively dedicated to billiards.

After climbing a staircase that runs along a wall of exposed brick, you reach a spacious landing with a view of the pool. On two sides of this landing are the three bedrooms (three beds: two double beds and one single bed), a bathroom lit by a skylight (bathtub/shower, double sink), and a separate toilet.
In an outbuilding, a washing machine and an additional double-bowl sink (hot/cold) are available for guests’ use.
Outdoors: Although not secluded, the house stands on a 1-hectare, unfenced lot—an oasis of greenery that provides the delightful feeling of being completely at home.
Enjoyable meals can be prepared on the built-in barbecue on a large terrace bordering the pool. Under the shelter of a canopy, outdoor furniture lets you enjoy the view of the pool and the surrounding nature.
The private, secure pool (12 m x 6 m), heated by a bubble cover, welcomes both casual swimmers and serious swimmers. Deck chairs and sun loungers are available for relaxing and sunbathing.
Practical information: You won’t have to travel far for groceries: Lillet is located halfway
between Salles and Mios (5 km). Both towns feature high-quality food shops. More specifically, in Salles, a Carrefour Market is very convenient, and the lively Thursday and Saturday markets offer authentic local products. 10 km away is Biganos, with its large shopping center and an Auchan.
Healthcare: you never know... Doctors, dentists, pharmacists, physical therapists, and nurses are available in Mios and Salles.
Activities: an equestrian center, hiking trails, and greenways are all within a short distance of the property.
Lillet is part of the town of Mios, where a water sports stop on the Leyre River awaits canoe and kayak enthusiasts.
