The property spans over 60 acres of pine and fir forest, borders public lands on 2 sides and is centrally located to all the outdoor pursuits Montana has to offer within a short drive to the heart of downtown Missoula. Excellent fishing access to the Clark Fork River. Petty Creek, Fish Creek and Nine Mile Creek are minutes from your doorstep or use the boat launch at the end of the road (2 mi) for easy access to various stretches of the Clark Fork River. Within 5 minutes of the House: World Class Fishing and guides, Lewis and Clark Scenic Byway, whitewater rafting in the Alberton Gorge, Hiawatha Trail, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, rock climbing and bird, elk, deer, mountain lion, bear and big horn sheep hunting during season. Within 30 minutes of the House: multiple National Forest trail heads, Snowbowl Ski Area, Lolo Pass Recreation Area, The Lochsa River, The Bitterroot River, The Blackfoot River, Lolo Hot Springs and much more.
