This modern, 3,700-square-foot townhome has enough space - and entertainment - to keep you and your group busy for days. Explore the three levels, starting with the downstairs wet bar (with a sink and fridge) and large TV. Sonos speakers throughout home, controlled by house iPad, provide the soundtrack for your explorations. You’ll also find the first of four bedrooms on the bottom floor, featuring a bunk bed and dedicated desk area, perfect if you’re working or studying from home. There’s blazing-fast, fiber-optic internet as well throughout the home, so no worries that you’ll get disconnected.
Upstairs on the main level, you’ll find more chic gathering spaces. Take a seat on the comfy sectional in front of the gas fireplace in the main living room and turn on your favorite streaming shows. The chef can take advantage of the adjacent fully-equipped kitchen, with plenty of counter space and brand-new appliances, as well as a June smart oven in addition to a six-burner range. The dining room offers seating for eight, plus a breakfast bar for four. But maybe you’d rather cook and eat outside? No problem - there’s a Traeger grill, patio heater, seating, and a killer view of Lone Peak.
On the top level, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms. Each features a king bed and en suite bathroom, one with a gigantic soaking tub and one with a private deck and hot tub. End the day with a soak in either and plan for the next day's adventures. If you can bear to tear yourself away, you've got golf, hiking, skiing, ice skating, mountain biking, and more at your doorstep, depending on the season. But you'll probably spend most of your time in that hot tub. You'll have Fire Pit Park just steps away, and Kircher Park is less than two miles from the home.
