You will get your money's worth renting here on the property I call Paradise. One bedroom that sleep two. Living room has a pull out bed that will accommodate three kids comfortably. One bathroom with bathtub and shower. Full access to kitchen and dining room. Shelves with boardgames and toys and stuff toys. Washer and dryer. Cold wash only. Laundry detergent and fabric softener provided. No dogs or cats. No pets. Reason for this is there is 32 acres of vacant land to stroll and enjoy. We accept no responsibility for pets being bitten by snakes or attack by coyotes. It might be a bit confusing since there is so much offered here. Your rental cost allow you to have freedom of enjoying the comfort of being inside or if some of your family members want to camp outside under the stars, it can be done with no additional cost. If you need a place to rest and wash your clothes, this is the best place for your money. At the same time you will find the comfort of home with no neighbors to bother you.
Property located 12 miles north of the city of Winnemucca in Nevada off of Highway 95 heading towards Idaho. Property is located between Feed Lot Road and Dutch Flat Road. Easy to find since it's the only driveway between both roads. Entrance is off of Highway 95. Follow the road around until it takes you to the right and the properties all the way in the back. The back view or the East view is of agricultural. Off to the right you probably can't see from the backyard but it's about 5,000 cattles. If you are coming in from Winnemucca going north you'll see cows at Feed Lot Road which is on the right. If you're coming from Idaho and past Dutch Flat Road that's where the beginning of the agricultural farm starts which is on the left. North of the property is vacant land and to the West is Highway 95 and beyond that it's also vacant land. Once on the property you'll have 32 acres to roam freely. Amenities also offer tent camping either on the back patio or you can clear an area to pitch a tent. If you didn't bring a tent, we offer tents for free. An area has been cleared for BBQ or campfire. If you are just wanting to stay inside, Netflix - Prime - Britbox -Disney plus are for your entertainment. Full kitchen access and laundry room at no extra charge. Bedroom has a full size bed that can accommodate two adults. Living room has a couch with a pull out bed. Can accommodate three kids comfortably. At night the stars are plentiful since it's dark. If you are an early riser, step outside to enjoy the surrounding mountains.
