Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a nice quiet location with beach access about 0.6 of a mile away. The property itself needs some maintaining. The VRBO listing says there is a dishwasher, but there is not. I felt like I spent a rather large amount of time in the hot kitchen washing dishes. There was a single freestanding A/C unit for the whole house, which did not reach the bedrooms. It would have been nice to open windows, but many of the windows were in bad enough shape that they were inoperable. There were wasps nests around the house, 2 of which we removed ourselves after one of the kids got stung. The property was decently clean, and a good location, but there were definitely inconsistencies with the listing and the house needs basic maintenance.
