Modern amenities, ideal convenience, essential basecamp for Yellowstone Park & area adventures. Centrally located newly built Livingston cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. We have 2 nearly identical units, inquire about renting 1 or both! Pet friendly!
Livingston sits just off Interstate 90 and Hwy 89 South. These intersections lead to great adventures whether you travel North, East, South or West. If you want a no-fuss, but quality lodging option that is not a hotel and has all the amenities of your home - look no further.
The Rainbow Cottage
2 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, washer dryer. The master bedroom has 1 cozy queen sized bed, closet and an en-suite bathroom with large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. The large 2nd bathroom has a shower / tub combo, and a stack washer and dryer.
Wifi, smart TV, full kitchen, off street parking, BBQ grill, and central AIR CONDITIONING! The peninsula seating or dining table is great for working, and there's even a printer at the home for the working travelers use. This darling cabin is perfect for a quick a no-fuss comfortable trip, or month-long home for a traveling medical professional or tradesman.
At this convenient location you are seconds from Hwy 89 and Interstate 90 for easy travel to any of the beautiful sites you came to Park County to see! You are a quick 3 minute drive to historic downtown Livingston where you will find local shops, restaurants, galleries, breweries, museums, live music, farmers markets, parks and lots of "community character." 45 minutes from the house you will find yourself in Gardiner, MT, the northern entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The road that takes you to Gardiner is Hwy 89 and runs along the Yellowstone River for some of the most scenic views you will ever see. You can stop along the way at fishing access points to take in the views, drop a line or visit local eateries, hot springs, bars, shops and more.
If you hop on Interstate 90 and head west, you will find yourself in Bozeman within 25 minutes. A bigger community, bustling with more sites, shops, restaurants, shopping, museums and the home of Montana State University and the bustling Bozeman International Airport.
There is also a detached storage shed for storing extras, should you need it. If you want to bring a pet, you must pay the additional $200 pet fee, disclose your pet PRIOR to arrival, be approved and pick up after your pet and be respectful (of course)!
For your convenience there is a lock box with key on the front porch. Guests have access to the entire home, storage shed, driveway and yard. There is a second home, nearly identical next door that can be rented in conjunction if desired, please inquire.
We live locally and are always available for any questions or concerns. However, we will let you enjoy your vacation with an easy and stress free self check-in and check-out if desired. We love sharing our knowledge of the area and recommendations for eating, fun and activities - please ask and read the info we send you prior to your arrival for tips and recommendations from the locals!

You are in a nice area in the midst of a residential area close to the commercial hub of I-90 an Hwy 89 South. You are close to a grocery, gas stations, fast food, a horse sanctuary and a longer walk to downtown or a short drive. Neighbors are nice and quiet. The home does back up to I-90, but inside the home you cannot hear any traffic or noise from the road.
We recommend a vehicle for seeing the area, but you are close enough to some necessities that you can walk to groceries, coffee and a few of Livingston's most delicious restaurants. You are 45 minutes from Yellowstone National Park and about 30 minutes to Bozeman and the airport.
Treat our home as you would your own (or better) and ask if you are unsure of how to use anything. Treat your neighbors with respect, and have a great time!
