Summary: Super 8 by Wyndham offered preregistration on line to save check in time. When I arrived at 2:20 PM there was no-one at the desk but there was a sign that said Due to a staff shortage, I could call a number listed. I was in the process of doing that when a disheveled woman showed up and said it I wanted to register early, I needed to pay her $25.00. I told her that I had already preregistered. She said that their hotel never got that information. I asked if they didn't get that online information, why was I asked to fill it out. She just shrugged her shoulders. Since it was already 2:30 PM, I went back to the parking lot to wait. At 3:00, I entered the property and asked a man who by then was acting as a receptionist why they didn't have my preregistration and he said they never get that. So I again was required to fill out my personal information and had to go out to the parking lot to obtain the license plate number on my rental car. When I finished signing in, he gave me a key and said my room would be ready in the next 5 to 10 minutes. I peeked around the corner and through the open door of the room and saw the same disheveled woman quickly sweeping dirt into a dust pan. I asked her why they didn't just give me a room that had already been cleaned. She was angry and said, "It's ready!" When I went in, I saw an upgraded room. I'm guessing they wanted to placate me. Personnel was either absent or indifferent from then on. Uncomfortable to say the least.

Summary: The bathroom smelled like human urine. The odor permeated the entire hotel room. Needs a good cleaning apparently.

Summary: I've stayed at 6 Wyndham properties this trip with 5 more ahead. All of the staff has been very welcoming, BUT! The little tyrant checking guest in here has no business being in a hospitality position. I'm 76 years old with over 50 years experience in customer service and can with all certainty say this young man is a detriment to your franchise.

Summary: Room was clean, but smelled musty. Fan switch in bathroom didn't work. No instructions for how to use TV. When the dorm size refrigerator would cycle off, it shut the TV off. The AC unit was nice and cold, but VERY loud making it hard to sleep. There was 1 chair in the room - an uncomfortable office chair. A desk was the only table. There was a large empty space with room for a table and 2 chairs at least. I don't like sitting on the bed to eat. The walls are thin - we could hear the TV in the room next to us. Someone was slamming doors in our hall. The people above us were heavy footed so because the floors were not carpeted, we could hear EVERY step. Also, it sounded like they were jumping off the bed. "Breakfast" was only pancake/waffle batter or sugary cereal. I'm diabetic, so I didn't get to eat breakfast. We paid 10.00 less for another Windham hotel the night before, but it was 10 times better than here. I will not ever stay here again.

Summary: They have this set up where you can check in online, and then supposedly all you need to do is pick up your key at the front desk...provided a credit card an ID ahead of time...yeah, don't bother because they will ask you for all the same items at the front desk when you get there to "just grab your key". Even the employees had no idea why it was like that...oversll the stay was fine.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were polite and welcoming, check-in was quick and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service — would definitely stay here again!
