This is a 2 level home including a nice master bedroom with attached full bathroom and sliding glass door onto the deck overlooking a pond in the back yard and beautiful, mountain and wetland views. There is a second bedroom on the 1st level next to another full bathroom, on the opposite side of the house. There is a kitchen, dining room and sitting area, as well as a sizeable living room area. Laundry room with utility sink as well as another half bathroom. The upstairs loft is one large room furnished with 2 beds and a couch. There is a full bathroom attached. The loft offers more spectacular views and is a great spot to view numerous wildlife species. Complete with a backyard fire pit!
This property is located only a few miles outside of the town of Leadore, Idaho where you’ll find a small convenient store & gas station, as well as a restaurant, post office and community library.
