The local owners of this property live a short distance away in south Bozeman, and make it their goal to ensure a hassle-free and enjoyable vacation for you and your family and friends.
As you enter into this all redwood exterior home, you will quickly see that the owners cut no corners in design nor amenities for their guests. The stunning entry way boasts a huge picture window looking out into the surrounding forest. The main level has a fully stocked chef's kitchen with Thermador appliances, a large island for prepping meals, and 5 counter stools for additional seating. The kitchen is open to the dining room where 8 people can enjoy a meal at the redwood slab table. Relax in a large family room with sectional seating, an oversized gas fireplace, a 75" smart tv, and massive 16 ft. windows overlooking the surrounding mountain scenery. On the same level you will find a media room with plush seating and a 65" smart tv, a half bath, and a mudroom with 6 build in lockers and a boot dryer. Soak out back in the covered hot tub after a long day of adventuring.
Head upstairs to the master bedroom that has a king bed, smart tv, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and walk-in tile shower. Three more bedrooms are down the hall, one with a king bed, another with a queen, and finally a bunk room with 4 twin beds and a smart tv. These rooms share a large dual sink bathroom with a tub/shower. The bedrooms all have fans and black out shades. Also upstairs is the laundry room.
Need extra sleeping and hangout space? Head out to the covered back porch, down the ski resort style stairs, and into the walk-out basement. You will find another family room with seating, a large smart tv, and arcade games for the young, or young at heart, to enjoy. The wet bar, dining space, bedroom with a queen bed en suite bathroom, and additional 1/2 bath, allow up to four more guests to stay comfortably, while enjoying privacy as well.
The attached two car garage will fit two small vehicles or one SUV. Store your winter gear on the ski racks provided. The neighborhood gravel roads are well maintained, but we still recommend an all-wheel drive vehicle from September-June.
One portable crib with sheets and one high chair are provided for any little ones in tow.
